Following the integration of the Schillerhöhe Clinic at its main site, the Robert Bosch Hospital faced acute capacity shortages in its staff locker rooms. With additional space extremely limited, the existing central changing areas equipped with traditional 30 cm wide metal lockers quickly reached their limits. The challenge was to create sufficient locker capacity for over 1,600 employees within the existing footprint, while strictly adhering to fire protection, occupational health, and hygiene regulations.
