The challenge: Outdated locker systems with no comfort

Before the change, Integra used classic 30 cm-wide metal lockers with conventional padlocks. These lockers no longer met the company’s modern standards. Especially in the new building, it became clear that the locker systems needed to reflect the innovative environment while offering employees maximum comfort with minimal space requirements.

This allowed the company to create 200 changing stations within the available area for office and production employees—100 for women and 100 for men. The systems excel in everyday use. The antimicrobial fabric and built-in ventilation are ideal for employees who commute by bike or exercise during their lunch break. These hygiene features ensure that wet clothing dries faster, preventing unpleasant odors. Security is provided by padlocks with a master key function, significantly reducing administrative effort. The chosen Regular variant proved to be the most economical and efficient solution for Integra Biosciences’ requirements.
