Now we are looking for YOU, a strategic and internationally experienced senior sales professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You are a relationship manager accustomed to working with buying centers of large hotel chains in an international environment. If you want to play a strategic key role in building our international hospitality business in a game-changing company, we want to hear from you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and scale the hotel segment by developing and executing a strategic sales roadmap focused on key markets and strategic partners

  • Build personal decision maker relationships with existing and potential global customers in the hotel industry and maintain relationships and contacts at multiple levels between customers and Zippsafe

  • Manage complex, multi-country sales processes (hardware, software, services) from acquisition to closing, focusing on the identification and penetration of international hotel chains and their centralized buying centers (e.g., Procurement, IT, Design & Construction)

  • Ensure smooth project handovers (installation, customer training) in close collaboration with our customer success teams

  • Reporting directly to our CCO, you collaborate closely with internal (e.g. Marketing, Product) and external stakeholders (e.g. outreach agencies)

  • Identify and visit the most important trade shows and conferences in order to successfully promote our products

  • Maintain account plans, pipeline data, and reporting in our CRM & ERP systems

YOUR PROFILE:
  • You have more than 4 years proven success in senior-level B2B sales in selling investment goods and technology solutions to international hotel chains

  • In-depth industry knowledge and an active network within the hotel sector (e.g., to hotel chains, operators, architects, or hotel suppliers) are a must

  • You understand the structures, procurement processes, and decision-making bodies (buying centers) of large international hotel groups regarding infrastructure-related products

  • You are business-fluent in English

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment, and are motivated by performance with significant returns

  • You thrive in a "Talent before Location" environment, balancing high travel readiness (approx. 40-80%) to engage key accounts across Europe with a few days per quarter in our HQ in Zürich.
