Zippsafe is a Swiss startup company with a continuously growing presence in Budapest. In recent years, we have developed and successfully launched our state-of-the-art smart locker systems for employee changing rooms. With a primary focus on the health and pharma sectors, we already have multiple large installations in hospitals around Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, but our systems can also be found in other countries in Europe and the United States.
At Zippsafe, Odoo is our all-inclusive enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. It assists Zippers in their day-to-day tasks across all departments and locales. Your job as an ERP Business Analyst will be to lead the design, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of the system and its related processes so that they provide the kind of flexible, powerful, and user-friendly work environment that our teammates deserve. Working alongside the Team Lead ICT and a System Administrator, as well as external development and implementation partners, you will help us shape the system as a power user and business analyst.

Salary: 1’200’000-1’500’000 HUF/month gross, depending on experience
Implementations: You will manage implementation projects; introduce new modules, and onboard new business functions into our system.
Business analysis: You will analyze our business processes to understand the needs of your colleagues and find the optimal way of achieving their objectives in Odoo.
Own the development portfolio: You will help us define the projects and priorities of the development of our system to deliver the largest possible impact in the shortest possible time.
Level 2 ERP support: You will be the Level 2 support for ERP-related issues in our Helpdesk.
Vendor management: You will be the main point of contact for our external Odoo partners in Switzerland, Hungary, and Germany.
Development approval: You will provide requirements to external developers, checking the work done from a functional standpoint.
Own change requests: You will manage our development backlog, collecting user feedback, and funneling the results into development projects.
Eye for detail
Experience with the implementation of Odoo and/or other ERP systems
Ability to deeply understand business processes across all departments of a company
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (independent)
Project Management skills
Fluent in English and Hungarian
Experience in a multinational environment
Experience working in a manufacturing company
Experience in accounting
Experience managing ERP development projects
Deep user-level knowledge of a wide range of ERP modules
Experience with Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PostgreSQL
Experience with security compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR) and experience implementing security controls in an ERP system
