In your role as Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for interesting projects and maintaining configuration as well as excellent communication with stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has a general understanding of on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructures, and with this help scale up the company to reach 1 million happy users worldwide. Our focus is to enable transformation to space-saving and smart employee locker room solutions, providing the best-in-class user experience for professionals around the world.
Support (~40%)
Handle 2nd-level tickets (including L1.5 cases)
Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting
Perform solution-oriented communication with our customers
Document issues using ticketing tools (Odoo, Jira)
Provide structured technical remote support for on-site deployments
Project & Deployment (~60%)
Lead the complete customer project lifecycle, steering all phases from the initial kick-off meeting to the final go-live implementation
Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders during installations and updates; collaborate closely with internal DevOps, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align system setup and feedback processes
Take charge of technical preparation, including server setup, database configuration, network connectivity, and the maintenance of essential configuration files (CSV, XML, JSON)
Perform all pre-deployment validation, remotely support field technicians, and actively manage software rollouts and testing procedures
Assist with planning and documenting firmware/software upgrades, ensuring all processes are meticulously recorded (e.g., using ZDM, Confluence)

Must-have
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills, fluency in German and English
Experience in structured and independent IT support (1st or 2nd level)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, port management, Wi-Fi, LAN)
Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS
General understanding of on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructures
Nice to have
Basic understanding of SQL databases (e.g. MS SQL Server)
Basic knowledge of XML and JSON
Experience with technical documentation
IoT familiarity
Experience with RFID and web-based systems
Experience with MQTT, SSL certificates, and Azure Cloud
